Really good Hotel Experience
helpful staff excellent breakfast good view great shower
The staff secured my bicycle in the luggage room, which I found very helpful. Breakfast included excellent options plus it had good variety. I enjoyed the views from my bedroom. The shower was great, and the beds were comfy.
I found that nearly all the facilities require an extra fee, unexpected.

The hotel offers convenient access to various amenities as well as good metro connections. The hotel suggests taking a walk to the old town for an immersive experience, then taking the metro back due to a long steep climb.

The hotel is very clean plus it provides all essentials including a kettle with tea, coffee, water, and an iron. Breakfast is delicious also it offers a large selection of food. A lunch offer is available, it includes three courses, and its priced at 20 EUR.

excellent location good breakfast unwelcoming receptionist lengthy check in
the location was excellent , just a short walk to the nearest metro station. the breakfast had enough choice to cater for anyone's tastes , which I found great.
the receptionist WAS not cute when I arrived. I had already checked in online , but the check in process was still lengthy.

The room was clean and quite comfortable. The hotel staff surprised me with a small treat since i celebrated my birthday .
The tv had very few english channels, only french news in english.

my superior double room was very spacious and comfy. the bathroom included two separate sinks. the foyer area was bright and spacious. i like that the bus station was in front of the hotel.
the indoor pool require an extra charge per person, per entry. there isn't much normal packing space.

The room had a nice shower and was clean. Breakfast offered excellent options. Reception staff displayed friendly attitudes and provided helpful service. I found the spacious lobby very comfy!!!
I noticed very little normal packing space. It could be an issue for longer stays if you have a lot of luggage.

The breakfast buffet included a large selection and quality items. The bar area provides tasty all-day snacks at decent prices. The restaurant food was AMAZING!!! I especially liked the salmon dish and veal rice.

The hotel has a super clean interior design with recent refurbishment. Guests find comfortable seating options in the bar area. There is a metro station just a short walk from the hotel. A massive advantage is the free pool towels!!!

The breakfast offered a great variety. Staff members were helpful and polite.
I found the lack of closet space a real problem. A family of three must live out of luggage for days. There were only a few hangers with nowhere to put clothes.
