Occidental Punta Cana Hotel, Punta Cana

Despite being beautifully located next to the beach, my experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. While the grounds and pools were well-kept, service issues and inadequate dining options really took away from the stay. I was particularly let down by the cleanliness of the rooms and the inattentiveness of the staff, which overshadowed the beautiful setting and amenities offered.

My stay at the Royal Club was mostly pleasant, with exceptional access to the private beach and spacious, comfortable rooms. The restaurant had delicious meals with lovely views. However, the dining experience was hit or miss, and some interactions with staff left a lot to be desired. Overall, it was a relaxing getaway, but a few tweaks could enhance the experience significantly.
